The facility will support the rollout of SRE Capital's blended power purchase agreement structures, enabling the business to scale its delivery of renewable energy solutions to corporate clients across the UK.

Our team advised SRE Capital on all aspects of the transaction, including the facility documentation and negotiation of the financing agreements and the security package, as well as preparing template project documentation.
